2. paid Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network of urls and web addresses who have built and housed political and advocacy web pages on the PoliticsNationwide.com network. These include:
   • elected incumbents
   • challengers who seek election to public office
   • candidate and issue campaigns
   • political party organizations
   • volunteer organizations
   • interest groups
   • professional and trade associations
   • political action committees
   • think-tanks
   • academic institutions
   • political and public policy consultants
   • political fundraisers
   • lobbyists

Web Address Groups

Each specific PoliticsNationwide.com url and web address will provide content which is organized in to subject categories that are tailored to be specific for the subject heading in the name of that specific url and web address only.

Subject category headings are organized in to groups of PoliticsNationwide.com urls and web addresses which are most appropriate for finding information associated with specific job-titles and with specific political parties.

Every Democratic, Republican and other political url and web address in the PoliticsNationwide.com network will include an online donation system designed for accepting and rejecting monetary donations made by users of the PoliticsNationwide.com network to paid Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network. Users will be able to make monetary donations using Visa and MasterCard credit cards, or by debiting their checking accounts.

Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network who may accept monetary donations from users are Members who have:

1. paid their very low Membership fee of $ 39.95** per month; and
2. built and housed political and advocacy websites on the PoliticsNationwide.com network of political urls and web addresses.

Paid Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network will keep 90 cents of every dollar donated to them by users of the PoliticsNationwide.com online donation system.

Federal, state, municipal and county governments in the United States of America have very strict laws, rules and regulations governing monetary donations made to political and electoral causes. The PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system is being designed for F.E.C. as well as 50-state compliance with these laws, rules, and regulations, with the appropriate and specific fundraising laws, rules and regulations enforced by governing authorities in each specific jurisdiction for each specific campaign waged there already programmed in to the PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system.

While the PoliticsNationwide.com network will take every reasonable step to insure that each monetary donation made by a user to a Member's political campaign and political cause complies with the appropriate laws and rules and regulations for the political campaigns and political causes being waged by the Member in the Member's respective jurisdictions, Members must and will have sole legal and other responsibility for determing the legality of any contributions received by their political campaign and political cause. The PoliticsNationwide.com network has no legal responsibility for confirming the legality of any donations.

Users of the PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system who are qualified to make monetary donations to political campaigns and political causes waged by Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network:

1. are users who inform the PoliticsNationwide.com network that they are legal citizens of the United States of America and are legally permitted to make monetary contributions to specific political campaigns and political causes in specific jurisdictions; and
2. agree to answer ALL questions asked of them by the PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system to help assist the PoliticsNationwide.com network take every reasonable step to insure the monetary donation being made to a Member's political campaign and political cause is in compliance with appropriate laws, rules and regulations for accepting monetary donations.

No contribution from users of the PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system will be accepted if the users do not correctly answer all questions asked of them by the online donation system at the time the users try to make a monetary donation. Correct answers comply with the laws, rules and regulations for accepting monetary donations by the political campaigns and political causes being waged by Members in their respective jurisdictions. The PoliticsNationwide.com network has no legal and other responsibility for confirming the accuracy and truthfulness of the answers given to these questions by users when they make donations to a Member's political campaign and political cause using the PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system.

Initially the PoliticsNationwide.com network's online donation system will be enabled to accept monetary donations made by users to Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network who are politically active as elected incumbents and electoral challengers at the federal and state executive and legislative levels of government throughout the 50 states. At some later time during the 2003-2004 electoral cycle the online donation system will likely be expanded to include the ability to accept credit card and check-debiting contributions made by users to Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network that are (1) campaigns for public office at the municipal and county levels of government; (2) issue and initiative and referendum campaigns; (3) state and county political party official and auxiliary organizations; and, (4) political action committees active at the federal and state levels of government.

Any and all information provided by qualified citizens who use the online donation system to make monetary donations will be disclosed, as soon as possible, and/or when required by governing authorities with legal oversight and enforcement responsiblities for specific political campaigns and political causes in the appropriate jurisdictions, to:

1. the recipient(s) of that specific monetary contribution;
2. to the governmental authority and/or authorities empowered with legal oversight and enforcement responsibilities for political campaigns and causes waged by Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network;
3. to the general public, but not prior to the time when public reporting and public disclosure is required by law; and
4. to Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network who are persons, candidates, groups, organizations, parties, political action committees, special interests and others engaged directly and/or indirectly in the formulation and/or execution of, and/or engaged in activities seeking to influence, political and public policies at any level of government in the United States of America, who seek help from like-minded persons, candidates, groups, organization, parties, political action committees, special interests and others using the PoliticsNationwide.com network. However, these specific disclosures contained herein item (4) will:
1. not occur unless the PoliticsNationwide.com network has obtained a signed release, and/or an appropriate affirmation on a form, whether provided physically and/or electronically, giving the permission of the monetary donor to the PoliticsNationwide.com network to disclose the information; and,
2. not occur unless the recipients seeking this information pay fees to the PoliticsNationwide.com network for the data.

Master Calendar of Events

Each of the PoliticsNationwide.com network's multiple hundreds of generic Democratic, Republican and other political url and web address will include a Master Calendar of Events.

Elected incumbents, challengers who seek election to public office, candidate and issue campaigns, political party official and auxiliary organizations, volunteer organizations, interest groups, professional and trade associations, political action committees, think-tanks and academic institutions will be able to list information about their events on the PoliticsNationwide.com network's Master Calendar of Events.

For each event, the Master Calendar of Events will include:

1. the date of the event;
2. the time of the event;
3. the location of the event;
4. the primary contact person's name and telephone number and email address for the event;
5. the cost of registration for an attendee at the event; and
6. whether the event includes a tradeshow and exhibition, the cost of participating in the tradeshow and exhibition, as well as the tradeshow and exhibition contact person's name and telephone number and email address, if applicable.

The PoliticsNationwide.com network's Master Calendar of Events will include information about events and tradeshows and exhibitions that our research staff has gathered and verified. Likewise, event-planners will find on each of the portal pages of the PoliticsNationwide.com network a direct link to an online form where they can provide the same types of information about their events for listing in the Master Calendar of Events which is not already known by the research staff at the PoliticsNationwide.com network. No information provided on this online form will appear on the Master Calendar of Events until it has been verified by someone at the PoliticsNationwide.com network.

Visitors to each of the portal pages of the PoliticsNationwide.com network's urls and web addresses will find a direct internal link to "more events" where they can begin their search for information about all events listed in the Master Calendar of Events, and sort these in to many subsets of events. Events listed in the Master Calendar of Events may be sorted by branch of government, level of government, political party, state and issues, whenever applicable.

There are no plans at this time to charge any fee for listing the dates, times, locations, names and telephone numbers and email addresses for the contact persons, as well as costs for attendee registrations, for events and tradeshows and exhibitions listed on the Master Calendar of Events, though that may be subject to change, with notice, at a later date.

Event-planners who are not already paid Members of the PoliticsNationwide.com network may upload conference and seminar programs, tradeshow and exhibition specifications and floor maps, housing and travel information - almost anything else they want to promote about their events and disseminate to their prospective attendees without space limitations on the PoliticsNationwide.com network - for a very low fee starting at only $39.95** per month per event.

For an additional fee, the PoliticsNationwide.com network does also intend to enable event-planners to:

1. register event attendees and event exhibitors online;
2. enable event attendees to contract online for convention-planning services such as shipping, drayage and on-site labor; and
3. enable attendees to reserve hotel rooms and make travel arrangements online.

These additional services will be made available to event-planners at a later date.
